Yoga for dummies

Have been advised by the GP to take up yoga or at least do a few classes to get the idea - I have a bad back and need to improve my posture and general flexibility. THing is, I'm a single mum with very little money, so does anyone know the likelihood of finding cheap yoga lessons in places that have a creche? I'm in South London.

No advice on where to go but I did want to say be careful. Some types of yoga are harder on your back than others and some teachers will be more aware of what will suit you and what won't. Dru yoga is particularly good for back problems and is quite a gentle form of yoga. But even if you can't find a dru yoga class make sure to discuss your back problems with the teacher from the start - she should be able to advise you all the way through a class what to watch out for and when to take it easy to avoid making any back problems worse.
