Hello I had a eye test today, usual happened went in looked at the balloon thingy, but didnt do the puffy thing before i had my eye test.
Had eye test and when they shine the light into your eye and tell you to look at the ceiling whilst they check the back of your eye he spent along time on my right eye. He then went on his computer types something in and then said im just gonna check the right eye again.
After the test I was took in to another room to do another test where you have one eye covered and follow the red dot and then press a button as to how many green dots you see. When both eyes were done I went out to pick my glasses and then was called in to do the test again. I then came out and asked what it was for she said it's for perrefrial (excuse the spelling) vision. Then the lady said we will get your results if you want to come back in a bit then we will have the results. I went back and the optician hasn't checked them but said they would ring me if I needed to go back. I had a missed call and a text saying that I need to go back in to repeat the test. I haven't a clue what is going on.
I do get vision problems etc but I also have fibromyalgia so just put all the problems with sight head pain etc down to needing glasses and my fibro.

I've googled stuff so made things worse for myself. Any one else had one of these and had to have it repeated and what for.

I rang the opticians and they said everything was fine on this test. Phew. yesterday when i had my head on the head rest depending which eye they were doing was to where my head should be on the headrest.
The first two test The woman didn't tell me that I just had my head in the middle so probably that's why my results were dodgy.
It was a different assistant yesterday , the other one was too bothered tending to her phone all the time.

I would deffo complain tho. Situating the patient can be very difficult, I know, I've messed up before, but the messing on the phone etc, she needs talking to.
