I really need some help with my anger sometimes. I get SO frustrated with things that go wrong for instance, last week a company took two payments from my debit card instead of one by mistake and i really lost the plot with them.

I dont shout directly at dd but i see that it worrys her.

Sometimes i just want to tell everyone to F@~?> off because i want to be on my own.

Not pmt, i have much worse symptoms than this!

Joking aside, i really need to cool it, because i know one day i will say something i shouldnt.

Acknowledgment of a problem is always a good first step! Keep a record of your triggers and
how you respond. Record any time you DON'T lose it as well as when you do. In 12 step therapy they advise you not to become too H.A.L.T. - hungry, angry, lonely, tired. Self-care is absolutely vital when you're trying to break a bad habit. There will definitely be therapists who can help you. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a good starter for this sort of problem as it looks the link between thought -feelings- behaviour and how you can break a destructive pattern. Psychodynamic therapy is a more long-term approach and would look more at WHY you act like this, where did you learn it? You're right to be concerned about your daughter, good on you for facing it.
Lots of love xx
