Wasn't sure where to put this. Anyone else awake putting the world to rights in their head?

Bluetongue yes I've never been able to get to sleep easily, can't just lie down and 'go to sleep' always had to read/have tv or radio on. And even then takes hours.

Well awful sleep and so tired done nothing all day o well.
