Can a full blood count test show cancer?

Or do you need a more detailed blood test? Just wondering as I've been having unexplained fatigue and chest pains and would love to be able to mentally rule out cancer!

I have been having various blood tests!!! On my last one my ferritin levels were high so my doctor had them done again. I know it means i have too much iron in my blood! Also my lvt’s are raised I feel ok in myself my full blood count is ok!! Yes I have been googling my doctor now wants to refer me to a liver specialist have I anything to worry about ?
