TMI (disgusting pic included) have bad cough, very ill and coughed up what looks like a long bit of spaghetti?

I have coughed a few of these up - I'm very unwell with my cough. Is this just some weird mucus? Wondering if I have a chest infection as I am very poorly today. Can't get a docs appt today.

I had tuberculosis in 2017.when I finished my treatment. I started noticing this hard phlegm that it's very hard to come out no matter what you do,sometimes it's black ,yellow, clear .
In 2020 I decided to go to the hospital and the doctor suggested I take tuberculosis medicine for six months. I did n it didn't go away .till now 2023 and I have it. Don't know what to do 🥲

i have had the exact same issue since 2016...no doctor could figure it out. Countless doctor visits and tried all the asthma medications...nothing worked. Finally a nurse practitioner put me on DUPIXENT and it completely vanished!!! I was back to normal until i stopped the medication...it came right back...coughing up the same casts. I am now experimenting with a plant based diet and fasting regimen to see if I can cure it. I will report back here with updates.
