I find massage does it for me - find a good masseuse, though, not riff-raff If money no object, have lots...and lots...

I find reflexology and swedish massages divine!!

Reflexology sends tingles up to my head and the deep, hard swedish massage makes me feel like I've taken a happy pill!

gorgonzolasouffle · 06/03/2007 18:58

Long bath and a bottle of wine for me!!

charmkin · 06/03/2007 19:05

wine

goign OUT

heat magazine

gossiping

don't believe in alternative therapy. never worked for me

Blandmum · 06/03/2007 19:06

Ethanoltherapy

3littlefrogs · 06/03/2007 19:06

Aromatherapy massage. I am a massage therapist - where do you live?

choosyfloosy · 06/03/2007 19:10

Solitude.

Call it meditation if you need an excuse.

And don't forget the dad's favourite complementary therapy - the Shed.

Reflexology every time - even better than massage I reckon (I'm qualified in both)

lourobert · 06/03/2007 19:18

Hmmm, mind certinaly give those a go.

3frogs- I live in Portsmouth.

I need to try something more than my fav long bath and a bottle of wine although i stil indulge in those whenever i have the time....!

lourobert - I'd recommend finding someone registered with the AoR (Association of Reflexologists- they may have "MAR" sfter their name) to ensure you get someone of a high standard HTH

RanToTheHills · 07/03/2007 11:30

group ethanol therapy sounds good

RanToTheHills · 07/03/2007 11:32

meant that seriously, btw, best cure - chat & a good wine.Or yoga, acupuncture? Found reflexology to be a waste oftime, personally (and v awkaward in heifer-like late stages of pregnancy)
