Old age at 35?

Ok ladies,
I've been to the GP a good few times. I'm borderline anaemic... blah blah blah. I take iron, eat well etc.

I'm in pain all the time. I wake up in pain and go to bed in pain. My GP says there is nothing wrong with me and I'm just getting older. I have 3 kids, had them very close together.

Does any other 35 year old here feel they are on the verge of old age with aches and pains? Am I just moaning about what everyone else feels?

Don't know why I added "but if I was overweight". Confused

Has anyone checked thyroid by any chance? Alongside b12, vit d , iron and b12, you can feel quite ghastly.

I'm 5'3 and hover between 8 1/4 and 8 1/2 stone; I actually loose weight bizarely when I'm underactive (went down to 7.5 stone when first diagnosed) so dont be fobbed off by the 'makes you over weight' symptom.

Mind you, I seem to need my ferritin to be well over 70 to feel well so if you're borderline that could be it.

Blimey I hope not! I'm 35 and feel a bit stiff the day after a workout but no worse than I did 10 years ago.
I think you need to push your gp a bit harder

I can empathise....and I'm small like you. Don't underestimate the physical toll honking three small kids can take on your body. They're heavy at 3 and still want carrying around. I've noticed I've felt a lot better since they've both been at school and don't need picking up all the time.
