I have circulation/crush problems at the neck too (thoracic outlet).

Mmmmm hard to tell but I doubt very much it will be from your neck. I too have degenerative discs in my neck so when I started getting pins and needles in my fingers etc I thought it was from that. Had investigations with spinal surgeon, pain management specialist etc and they all said it's not from neck as it only occurred at night. But after about 7 years of worsening symptoms including pins and needles, pain from my wrists up to my elbows, waking more often with numb hands to literally being unable to feel my hands when putting make up on in the mornings, I went to the GP who referred me for nerve conductivity tests, which showed biteral carpel tunnel syndrome. I had my left hand operated on just over a week ago and recovering nicely. Will get the right one fine in the new year. I wish I'd had it done years ago. But, I cannot remember if I had wrist pain to start if with or not. Probably worth a trip to GP to see what they say. If it is carpel tunnel it's unlikely you'd need surgery at this stage as it sounds very very mild. Again, if it is try wrist splints at night, they work really well. I can only speak as a layperson but really really doubt it's from your neck. Let me know how you get on. Happy to answer any questions you may have x
