No, but a girl in my class did.

A friend of mine did.
I remember an advert from my Bounty pack (last year) for plastic "ear-trainers" designed by a plastic surgeon that would remould the ears of new-borns, so that they wouldn't need surgery in later life. Maybe that's reduced the need.

I had mine done as an adult. I wish they had been done when I was a child but my parents never suggested it and neither did I mention to them how self-conscious I was about them. I'm delighted with the results, finally I can walk down the street on a windy day with my head held up instead of looking at the ground.

For children, I think the earlier the better cos the cartilage is softer.

Do you mind me asking, is it a child or an adult you are enquiring for? Curious. Either way, I'd recommend getting a gp referral to a good plastic surgeon and having a chat with them.

My sister had a birthmark removed and the girl next to her had her ears pinned back. That must have been about 25 years ago!

Funnily enough - saw in a magazine today an advert about having ears pinned back.

ear trainers thing made me chuckle - do you think they do other body parts? Could I order one for my nose and boobs?? and a post delivery tummy one for april!

DH had his done a couple of years ago. He had broken his nose and the GP referred him to the Nose and Ear consultant at the hospital. The consultant said he couldn't do anything with his nose (it isn't noticeable) but he could sharp fix his ears DH hadn't mentioned his ears at all!
