Not sure.

Any of those to worry about?

No, there just the normal ones from most AD's.

What symptoms do you have and i'll tell you if you should be worried or not.

cantdothisanymore · 11/02/2007 02:29

btw VVVQV, I didn't mean to sound so rude earlier - I assume if you're posting this, you are coming off ADs & that is great news. Well done!

I hope you are ok...

fussymummy · 11/02/2007 02:32

I have to go to bed now, but will be back sometime tomorrow to see if i can help.
If you're at all worried then call NHS DIRECT and they can give you advice.

DimpledThighs · 11/02/2007 05:07

is it seroxat - the withdrawal is harder from that and a very slow dosage reduction is recommended - otherwise very my what fussymummy said.

I have not had any withdrawal from Ad's depends on the type and the person.

Are you worried?

hellobello · 11/02/2007 12:42

If you come off them too quickly, the depression can come back with a vengeance. I took Prozac for many years and more recently I've been given Sertraline. It is really easy to think it's ok to stop taking them because you feel better, but it takes quite a long time sometimes to recover properly. Perhaps you know all this, so I'm sorry to repeat.

Thanks all. Just had pretty much what you've described mellowma. V tired all the time but struggling to sleep at night. Excessively dry mouth - which I thought would reverse because dry mouth was one of the symptoms the AD's gave me.

I think being ill at the same time as reducing the dose hasnt helped, and, I think I am suffering a little PMT too , which, IME, has symptoms very similar to my PND.

Im on a short fuse today, but, as I said - I think its PMT.

I'll have to keep an eye out though. Things have gone swimmingly since my dose was upped last April. I really dont want to rock the boat.
