Hi guys i'm really wanting to make a change to my general health and well being, i know exercise has tons of benefits but the problem is there aren't many types of exercise i enjoy! I was thinking of cycling to work so then my exercise becomes part of my day rather than dragging myself to the gym to force myself to do an hour on the treadmill. I was thinking about an electric bike.. this one in particular www.a2bshop.co.uk/Kuo- as I've read a lot of reviews that electric bikes are no where as strenuous on hilly journeys which is what i'll be doing. I was wondering if anyone has an electric bike and likes it/ doesn't like it and any advice from those who do cycle to work?
