DS is 2.9yrs old.....he has caught the chicken pox from my 5yr old sister......its his 2nd day with spots....he's having the usual uncomfortable itching....but isnt unwell in himself.....he's eating and drinking and i have all the lotions and potions to keep him happy..........but are the health visitors or docs meant to know he's got them????

Might it be a good idea to document it - just in case anything ever happens to you and they need to know if he has had it? Also to verify that it is chicken pox - quite a lot of people think they've had it but without a swab you can't be sure.
