Hangover without drink

Does anyone else get this? I e waking up feeling hungover without having a drink the night before?

A few months ago I had a load of blood tests for feeling tired all the time and they came up negative so I don't think it's anything to do with that: diabetes, iron, thyroid excetera.

I do have problems with my neck concerning the discs. I also sometimes get migraines and I know I snore a bit according to my husband. What could it be?

Definitely get the iron double checked as unusual cravings (pica) like you are getting for the salt can be a symptom too, mine is ice!

I also get that feeling if I sleep with the window shut - it has to be open all year round.

I drink a lot of water but like my coffee and sugar.
