Thyroid fine but feeling terrible

I'm feeling a bit confused! I have an underactive thyroid and take levothyroxine. I hadn't had my levels checked in over a year for various reasons and I've been feeling shocking, just like I used to before I got diagnosed. Possibly worse!
So I had my levels checked and they've come back fine.
I've swelled up with water, feel exhausted, feeling dizzy and sick, getting shaky at times. Covered in bruises, feeling cold etc. Plenty of thyroid related symptoms so I'm actually a bit disappointed that my results have come back normal because now I haven't a clue what's wrong!
I've booked an appointment for tomorrow morning to see the doctor but just wanted a moan about it.
Any ideas what it could possibly be?

I feel so unwell I feel a little worried now

Yes do post results.

Have they checked out other things? How long post partum are you?

If bf it's wise to take extra vitamin d

I'm 15 months post partum, but my daughter can bf a lot! I had vit d test, and it was borderline, I'm taking supplements at the moment. I'm just wondering if it's dizziness related or my thyroid. From my last blood test, I think TSH was 0.07, that's all I recall. My blood results before, when I was on 125mg daily, T4 was 24.4, which is quite high isn't it. Maybe my dosage at the moment is fine. I saw an endocrinologist when pregnant, who reduced my dose to 100/125mg, I didn't argue as I was concerned about affects on baby etc. But I spoke to my GP after birth, to increase it to 125mg as I felt better on this dosage. It's all very confusing. I'm so tired at the moment, so I'm searching for answers.

Ah ok - I must say I ran into issues on too much thyroxine last year and dizziness was part of it actually. See what test is after being on this dose. (Was bf and still am too!)

Did you say labyrinthitis? ( On phone) it could be linked to that?

I think try to get vit d up - h and b spray is 3000 (or is it prescribed?)

Ask to check ferritin and b12 too. Bf can take up b vitamins. You could try taking ferroglobin or berrocca?

Ferritin is best over 70. Dizziness could also possibly be mild anaemia - but I definitely experienced this with too much thyroxine, level similar to that.^ It took a while to feel better too, so if it is this,^ try to be patient.

The problem is it can take 3-6 months to feel better sometimes. Angry

I think I might be wrong about the t4 count, I need a copy of my results. I've actually been on 125mg daily, since 2012, a few months after i was diagnosed. It's only because I've moved and changed doctors, that it's been suggested to reduce my dose. The dizziness, unfortunately, is definitely inner ear related. But is getting better. I've just ordered some books on the thyroid, so hopefully I can understand it better. The B12 is an interesting one, I've just bought Floradix, it has b12. What is ferritin? Iron? I've just bought a higher dose of vit d too, 25ug. I take pregnacare vits, do you think I could take all daily?

Thanks for the info!
Xx
