Al88 ah that's interesting. My neuro didn't know how they are linked! I don't actually get headaches from it. The only symptom I've had is a whooshing sound in one ear. It was diagnosed because I wear glasses and my optician saw the swelling of the optic discs at an eye test.

I've alway been a size 10 to 12 and about 9 stone (I'm 5'2") but gave up smoking 2 years ago and have piled on something in the region of 5 stone too scared to weigh myself Blush I don't eat any more than I ever have but am assuming smoking sped up my metabolism so now I need to eat less, easier said than done as I only eat 2 meals a day and don't snack at all so apart from portion size and exercise I don't have much scope. I have knee and hip pain, blood pressure was raised at my last smear only time I go near a doctors surgery, excessive sweating and can't bend down without winding myself. I hate it, am a size 22 now and still gaining I think, I'm miserable and the more miserable I feel the less able I seem to be to do anything about it.

I am very fat but don't let it stop me (over 15 stone at 5' 6"). I do 6 exercise classes a week and can keep up with others in the class. I do 2 Zumba, 2 powerhoop and 2 body pump classes.
