I'm going to list his symptoms, I'm aware they could all be separate issues but I'm worried they could all point to something sinister.

He's always suffered with headaches, had tests years ago and was eventually told it was just one of those things. They've been worse the past few months, he wakes up with one and it progressively gets worse throughout the day, turning into a migraine every couple of weeks. Doctors are working on this now, his bp at an appointment last week was 159/100. He's going to hospital next week to have it monitored for 24 hours.

Another constant is a pain in his side. Tests including an ultrasound a few months ago showed nothing.

For the past 4 days he's had some kind of bug, awful cramps, diarrhoea and sulphur burps.

Rash on his head and chest, looks like bites. Very itchy, comes and goes. GP said probably stress related while the headache diagnosis is going on.

Lightheaded, tired a lot, achy, thirsty. He had blood tests last week so I think diabetes is ruled out.

Any advice or suggestions welcome, after another sleepless night we're really fed up with it all.

Sulphur burps can be a symptom of Helicobacter pylori or Giardia. I imagine that he would need a stool test to check for those.

Any chance it is a food allergy or intolerance e.g.

There is a rash that can be linked to it as well and there is some research suggesting that coeliacs are more prone to migraines.
