In hospital, in pain, in tears and feeling like an idiot

I feel so stupid at the moment.
I just had to call the nurses in to me because I tried to move to get comfortable to try and sleep and instead I managed to give myself searing agony and burst into tears. I could barely talk to nurses as crying so much and they had to pull me to help me move.
They're going to think I'm a right muppet aren't they. I've got myself all worked up now and can't stop crying and everyone I could talk to is asleep.
I know I sound pathetic posting this Sad

Thanks. How have people managed their diets after the op? My trigger was eggs/anything that contained eggs ???? which used to cause severe stomach pains. Ive (stupidly??) had a small portion of scrambled eggs and ended up with moderate pains, but excuse the tmi very bad stomach upset, which i never suffered with before. Is it a case of too soon, i wasn't advised anything about diets, i sort of just assumed i would be ok now as the gall bladder/stones were the problem.

I work on a ward and I never think anyone who cries in pain is a muppet nor do any of my colleagues, we would far rather someone used the buzzer to summon help than lay there in pain because they were worried about what we might think. We are there to help not to judge. I hope you feel better soon.
