Any one removed a skin tag successfully?

I have one that is catching my necklace and really bugging me. I am keen to remove it and wondered if anyone else had managed to remove one successfully. If so, how? Contemplating the dental floss method. Thanks.

I shaved one off when shaving under my arms, the downside of shaving in the shower when blind as a bat, healed up in a few days!

I've used salcylic acid, the stuffy you paint on veruccas and warts to remove them, to get rid of skin tags. It works but you do have to be careful not to get it on the surrounding skin.

I had one on my neck too op-I coated it with clear nail varnish and it fell off the next day! absolute doddle done another one the same way since and the result was the same

Bazuka gel worked really well on one in my armpit, but you do need to be precise with it.

Yes. I've removed a couple by using cotton thread. Tied a piece tightly around the base, snipped the ends off and covered with a plaster. Only took a few days, maybe a week. Definitely worth it. I've got another one in my groin which I must do.

Success! Very glad I did it. I bloody hated that skin tag. Good tip re clear nail varnish, I had not heard of that.
