tingling and numbness in right hand? fibromyalgia symptom?

since april i started getting weird tingling on my face and my right hand, my right hand then turns numb ,it can be like this for 10 minutes or a few hours.
i went to see gp yesterday and she says it could be related to my recently diagnosed fibromyalgia or something else ?
doe anyone have any ideas?
does anyone have fibromyalgia and suffer from tingling and numbness?

i asked the rheum about ME ,but she said no .
i thinks its because pain and stiffness are my primary symptoms not fatigue.
which id say is a close second.

I have my MRI scan results and it shows some high signal intensities in the white matter of brain. I have to have a lumbar puncture and visual evoked potential test done, that is all I know at the moment.

I am feeling worried, this is all screaming "MS" to me, does anyone know what else this could be if not MS???
