Don't understand blood test (pernicious anaemia)

I'm wondering if anyone might be able to help. I have a couple of autoimmune probs (vitiligo + hypothyroidism) and I'm scared of becoming diabetic on top of existing issues. I requested a blood test to check insulin. GP agreed and decided also to test for B12 while we were about it. I emailed him to ask about the results. This is what he said:

^"All your results were fine.
We only found one auto-immune antibody linked to pernicious anaemia but your B12 level is very good so no further tests needed at this time."^

What does "one auto-immune antibody linked to pernicious anaemia" actually mean, though? Are there any consequences? Can I just accept his word that everything is "fine" ?

If anyone sufficiently knowledgeable could jot down a swift response, I'd be enormously grateful.
