Serious bowel issues

Just wondered if anyone had any input or suggestions really. I am 29. 2 kids aged 3 and 14m. 2 c sections.
No digestive issues whatsoever my whole life until 6 weeks after the birth of my 2nd child. Suddenly started getting urgency issues, bleeding and lots of mucus. No pain ever. Had issues around just passing either bright red blood or mucus. Not any solid stools to talk off. Never went to doctors (stupid I know) was dreading returning to work because of it but as soon I returned to work it pretty much stopped overnight. I was drinking tonnes of no added sugar squash whilst on mat leave so put it down to that.
Everything was back to normal and all fine for about 7 months when fast forward to now it started all over again. Lots of blood, sometimes only blood. Lots of urgency and exploding mucus type of movements and this time tonnes of pelvic pressure and if I do have a solid movement it's very traumatic as the pressure is massive then it kind of fires out. This happens once or twice a week only.
This time I did go to the docs and he had a good loon and thought there were some internal piles but wasn't too sure. He has refferred me for a endoscopy type thing. He took blood tests and stool sample. Stool sample was fine and bloods fine apart from one which indicated inflammation. I am awaiting my scan.
What's also started to happen is something seems to umm pertruding out whilst I am on the loo. Feels very soft and squishy.
I have some relief with Imodium in regards to the urgency and I think piles suppositories work a bit but this is all me second guessing. I also have severe separation of tummy muscles and awaiting surgery but am told the 2 are unrelated.
Part of me worries its crohns or uc or worse! The other part of me thinks my whole insides have prolapsed! I have never had any pain whatsoever.
Please let me know your thoughts. The thought of waiting another 4 weeks for my scan is awful. I dread every day

It sounds like you have a prolapse. Separated stomach muscles (or diastasis recti) also means your entire core/pelvic floor is weak and can cause a prolapse.

You need to go back to your GP.

The small squishy thing is probably just a pile, rectal prolapses are quite obvious and very uncomfortable. It may be that you have a bit of inflammation going on which would explain your symptoms and blood results. Is it a colonoscopy that you're having? Hopefully once they know what is going on, they will be able to sort out some treatment for you.

I had very similar symptoms that you describe when I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, lots of explosive blood and mucus. The squishy thing sounds like a pile to me, I wouldn't panic about that too much. Ideally You need a camera up to see what's going on, once my GP realised I was passing blood a lot I was in for a colonoscopy within two weeks.

I am having a flexible sig something? To look at the lower part of my insides I think.
I generally feel quite well and have never had any cramps or tummy pain whatsoever.
But the pile may be secondary to this as I have only started noticing it recently Shock

A flexible sigmoidoscopy is exactly what you need with symptoms like those, so your GP is on the right track. It may show a colitis of some sort, but its best to know if it is.
