I've just recently started to look older and haggard :( I'm definitely losing my youthful looks. I'm 38 this year. Does anyone have any tips on looking fresh faced apart from drinking lots of water and wrinkle cream?! I get 8 hours sleep every night.

Are you drinking enough water? Good diet? Not smoking?

loveyoutothemoon · 14/03/2015 20:42

Yes drink lots, good diet, and don't smoke. I get 8 hours sleep every night. I had 11 last night and look so much better!

I think a lot of it is genetics (or luck). I can easily pass for 25 (I'm 37), it's the grey hair which gives it away. I have one wrinkle on my forehead (probably because I spend all of my time with a Hmm face) but I'm sure I'll wake up one morning with more lines than a Vienetta Sad Eat well, drink water and sleep. Try to keep your life as stress free as possible, moisturise and don't smoke!! Other than that, there's not a lot you can do.

If you fancy and can run to a facial, microdermabrasion makes a real difference.
