My breast are discharging! Should I be worried?

After having my son nearly 5 years ago my breasts used to leak. After a a half now and my right breast is really sore and it's still leaks occasionally. I have never breast fed! I'm rather worried as it started nearly 5 years ago! I am constantly busy and work a lot. I'm not sure if this is anything to be worried about or if it's normal! Confused

You might be pregnant. If not, you should get it checked out. And you might want to get this moved to another topic!

I'm a bit confused- why is this post in the bereavement topic?
Also not sure what "After a a half now" means but any unusual or unexpected discharge I would say get it checked out by your GP especially if you have pain too.

You need to seek to your GP. There is a condition affecting the pituitary gland the can cause this

Let us move this to the Health topic for you, OP.

You need to get your prolactin levels checked via a simple blood test at the gp. Sometimes high prolactin (caused by either the contraceptive pill or a harmless pituitary cyst or tumour) can cause lactation even when there is no breastfeeding and it has been years since childbirth. If you have high prolactin you can take medication to reduce the levels.

(I have had a prolactin secreting tumour for nearly ten years now. No issues at all, just take regular medication to keep the levels down, I've never breastfed either of my dc and was first diagnosed with high prolactin when my dd was 8!)
