defenitely in some cases - it's a multiple gp practice. The other day I got to see this very nice young man... well he looked like 25! And they have a lovely 'girl' there too, she looks like she's barely enough to have graduated. oh I'm 38 so yes they're waaaay younger than me

God yes. I haven't been for ages and ages but went last week due to boob pain. Walked into the doctors surgery and this gorgeous young boy of about 21 was sitting there . Couldn't possibly let him examine my old saggy boobs so asked for something for period pain .

The youngest you can be a GP is - say you went to medical school at 18 - 5 years -- so you are 23 when you graduate, year of house jobs - 24 - 2 years of hospital GP training - 25- yes you could be 25 and a GP registrar (trainee in practice) and a fully qualified GP at 26. My dh was a trainee at 28 and fully qualified at 29.

Oh my, it seems so young, doesnt it?????? It is a bit older now as you do 2 years of housejobs instead of one, but some of that can be in GP so you could go to the doc and see a 23 year old!

I am possibly older than one of them at the current practice

Years back our GP was about 26 - fine until we bumped into her in a nightclub!
