Any Pharmacists or pain specialists around?

Regular here, have namechanged for this. I would really appreciate some advice about a possible prescribing error by my GP. Would rather discuss by pm if possible otherwise I could be easily outed.

Please help, I'm worried.

Sorry I'm on my phone and realised that didn't make much sense. I meant, if you can't get quick advice on here, can you go and see a pharmacist? I find mine really helpful. They flagged up that my GP had prescribed me a drug that I should never be allowed and phoned the surgery and found a suitable alternative. Pharmacies are really underrated. They will take you into a privacy booth too if you ask.

If you can't make it to a pharmacy you can ring and ask to speak to the pharmacist.

Thanks, I will do that. I really don't want my GP to get into trouble if she has made a mistake and pharmacist may have a code of conduct which means they must report.

If it is wrong it is a very honest mistake and not negligent. I like her a lot.

I don't see why the pharmacist would 'report', they might resolve the issue for you though. My GP made an error, she was not reported but the mistake was rectified and no harm was done.
