Does anyone get a silly crampy thing under your ribs? Like something got stuck?

Everytime I get this people look at me like I'm mad

I've had this, glad I am not alone. I find it goes away if I swiftly bang myself against something.

Yes I get this sometimes. Comes on suddenly. Goes suddenly (but I feel I have to move gingerly to avoid it happening again) then forgotten and doesn't reoccur for weeks.

I get this, had not done for years and years and then I started smoking again and it came back.
Hopefully, now I am quitting again, it won't happen any more!
