Flu Jabs

dd1+dh are booked in for jabs tomorrow. dd1 was ill on wednesday night, sore throat, high temp etc. wil lshe still be able to have it?

If she's completely better give it, otherwise delay for a week I guess (but I'd give it as soon as she is well again- it;s silly season for illnesses etc).

she seems completely better IMO, but it could be lingering.

also, what do you think about all of us having the jab? only dh and dd1 have medical reasons to have it, but i really cant afforded to laid low for weeks with flu.

Many surgeries are not giving it to anyone who doesn't qualify due to lack of supply. You can buy flu jabs though if you want to.

Misdee - I think it'd be a good idea for you to have it if you can persuade your GP. As Peter's pimary carer you need to be well and it'd be better if flu wasn't brought in to your home, for the good of Peter's health.

I would have thought given Peter's condition they would be willing to give it to all of you. If she seems completely better it's probably as good a time as any. Ask the dr/nurse though obviously.
