The pain is from left to right rather than up my heel/foot. It feels tender, as if it's bruised. Mostly it is in one spot - thumb-print sized ouch really (between the heel pad and arch). I'm not finding this in any descriptions of PF and yet all I get when I google heel pain is stuff about PF. I've had it for a few weeks sometimes better sometimes worse and it's not stopping me running but I am curious as to what it is - and if I am potentially making it worse by continuing to run??
The obvious solution is to go to a physio but that's not possible til next week so in the meantime I thought I'd ask on here. Any thoughts much appreciated!
