I think that if you feel like it's a bit more than to be expected it's always good to get it checked out.
I used to work on my feet, had a lot of personal responsibility, plus other commitments, so I was very busy and active and occupied in every way. I was very tired and aching, sore joints and muscles, and put it down to the above. Eventually I found that I was still sore first thing in the morning, or even after an hour or so of sitting. Fortunately my GP felt that despite my busy schedule it seemed unusual for me to be so sore and tired and sent me for some blood tests. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, for me medication hasn't been a complete solution however it is for a lot of people and I am certainly much better since diagnosis.
I'm not saying you have anything - it could just be being busy, and especially if it's a recent development it could be the lingering effects of a virus, for example, sometimes you can be left tired and achy weeks after any other symptoms have cleared up. But it is quite easy to run bloods for things like hypothyroidism, as well as iron, vit D and B12 levels which can also make you tired and achy.
Another thing about being busy is not just what you're physically doing, but whether or not you take the time to take care of yourself, like having a good rest every now and then, eating well, keeping hydrated and so on.
Hope you feel more energised soon!
