Noticed dd had 3 small bites on her leg on Tuesday or Wednesday morning. I forgot about them until ive just looked and they have a red raised area around them. Any idea what could have bitten her and do I need to take her to see anyone? Walk in clinic is shut on weekends so i'd have to wait until monday. Cant add a pic so will try another way.

I would go and see the pharmacist tomorrow. I would at least get them checked as it could be infected.

have you put any insect bite cream on? You could also give an anti-histamine to see if that calms it down. Do you have animals? They look a bit like flea bites

Yes we have a cat and a dog but both have been flead, and I thought the rest of us would have had some (fleas love my blood I found out a few years back :( ).

We moved into a new house last saturday and there is red ants in the garden, could it be off them?

I never thought of antihistimine, ill give her some now!

Just keep applying the cream. If they are no better by Monday morning then seek further medical opinion. They just look like normal midge type bites to me, nothing to worry about.

Looks like skeeter syndrome. Nothing to worry about as I get it too. A swelling around a bite that eventually turns into a bruise. Take Pirotin and ibuprofen for the inflammation as it will no doubt feel v hot. If it stays red then go to doctors who will give you antibiotics.
