Bicycling ... and spots ...

Ok, I'm biking a lot more now, and have absolutely worked out that I only get spots on my ... fundament? (arse!) if I bike. I haven't really got any choice about whether I bike or not. So what can I do to reduce/avoid the spots?

Would it help to use a loofah regularly to slough off dead cells so that your arse can sweat freely? Seriously, wonder if that's why the pores are clogging and making spots....

Yeah, I have to get a new bath brush, the old one went scary.

But I was running (and not biking) while on holiday, and had no arse spots at all.

NQC, am loving the arse spots! I'd agree exfoliation is the way to go!

NotQuiteCockney · 16/09/2006 20:53

Hmm, I'm glad someone's loving them, coz I'm certainly not!

I guess it's good to know it's the biking, but my current schedule means 40 minutes per day cycling at full throttle minimum. Sometimes 80!

cut the bum out of your shorts? [wink}

NotQuiteCockney · 16/09/2006 20:58

You know what, I bet nobody would even notice! They're so busy staring at my enormous bike covered in children, a bare (somewhat less) spotty arse wouldn't even register.

how many kids on it then?

lol at somewhat-less-spotty bum!

Just two. In the Netherlands, I wouldn't be unusual, but in central London I'm a giant freak.

(DS2 is on a seat between me and the handlebars. DS1 is on a half-bike on the back.)
