Does anyone take a daily vitamin or supplement?

I'm thinking of trying a daily vitamin tablet or several.

I really struggle keeping my iron and vitB12 levels within normal range, the drs just give me iron anyway when it bottoms out.

I was thinking about evening primrose for PMT and something for my joints, I have Hyper Mobility Syndrome so they'll always be bad but I thought there might be something out there that could make them a bit healthier.

So I was wondering if anyone uses daily soup limners and which ones and if they work?

Magnesium can help if you have heavy, painful periods DD takes it and noticed her periods getting lighter (though still ridiculously heavy)

I grabbed a bottle of Multivitamins & iron from Aldi a few weks ago. But decided to see the GP for a blood test as in a week I started feeling tired, breathless. etc. No chance in my diet/exercise....bloods showed my Vit B12 were 62 - norm should be 150-600. So I'm on B12 pills 3 times a day to boost & bloods again in 12 weeks. Then if it aint raised she will investigate further. But taking a supplement is no bad thing. we're all busy doing this that & the other & running around & maybe not eating properly.
