I've got a horrible sore throat (and now a stupid little constant cough to go with it). Had it a few days. I'm maxed out on paracetamol and anti-inflammatory. Don't want to take co-codamol as I need my brain to work properly - well as well as it can do after being mostly awake since 3am.
It's been a long time since I've had a proper sore throat and Im sure over the counter stuff must have moved on. What can I take to make things more comfy?
