I don't really feel like I have a bad diet but clearly I do. I have been a veggie for a while so this is not good. What can I eat? I thought my diet was reasonable but obviously not. I have cereal or yoghurt and granola for breakfast, cheese salad sandwich or soup for lunch and usually some sort of pasta and sauce, veg chilli or curry for tea.
I don't eat much fruit but eat veg. I do eat too many sweet things though.
What are easy sources of the missing minerals?
