I have been to see the doctor a few times over the last few years & recently a couple of times with a range of symptoms and each thing has been treated with some.thing separately but I'm wondering if they are part of a bigger thing... I'm fed up of feeling so ill.

I'm off to see the Gp tomorrow

Nausea every single day (which I take anti nausea drugs for)
Thirsty
Exhaustion
Dizziness
Lightheaded feeling like the floor is going to move and I will fall
Stomach cramps
I'm very cold all the time

Is it all in my head?

Dumble, I was TOLD by my consultant my symptoms were a balance disorder (and connected to an ear condition I have, and that there was nothing they could do (tablets for the worst of the nausea, vertigo, and that was all). I couldn't stand on one foot, or walk down steps without looking at each step, felt almost drunk a lot of the time, it was very odd. I was like that for about 8 years, and it was getting worse.

Very unexpectedly, all of my balance problems resolved over the course of a couple of months when I stopped eating grains (especially gluten containing ones). I went Paleo (diet) for other reasons, and was amazed at the very long list of health issues which resolved when I did (some autoimmune, and diagnosed, other I suspect very strongly were also autoimmune). A lot of things I thought were "just getting older" turned our to be caused by diet (gluten and wheat for sure but probably also food additives and sweeteners which I think I react to and don't eat anymore). The balance and related issues, I think (but can't be sure of course), was gluten ataxia).

Oh will give that a look. Last time I thought I had mav and cut out caffeine including chocolate and cheese. It definitely eased the addrenilin rush symptoms so I will check it out. Ta x

I have had all of those symptoms and more (bar the thirsty) from anxiety and often not felt as though I were anxious just ill and convinced that if I could just feel well again I would be okay.

I have had recurring bouts of anxiety throughout my life and they have always manifested themselves with physical symptoms.

Am going to mark my place as I could have written your op! Have exactly the same symptoms, except psoriasis. The thirst drives me nuts but apparently no reason. Currently awaiting MRI results for MS but I'm unconvinced.

I also have vit B12 injections every two months which haven't helped anything, apart from perhaps the tiredness.
