My heels have been dry lately. I've neglected my general foot care of late.

One is better than it was, but I picked one of them and the cracks are very sore and have bled a little.

What can I buy to put on it?

I've used flexitol before but not sure if it is suitable for heels that have deep cracks that have bled?

Any advice or miracle cures welcome.

City that's interesting re: the vaseline.

I've also used it on really bad splits on my hands (eczema and working outdoors) and found it was the only thing that really worked (much better than any of the stuff the doctors gave me)
Tbh I'm a little Shock to hear it's meant to be bad rather than good as I've always had excellent results!

My DD used To put vaselina on dry hands. I changed it because they got worse.

We're overs esas and cannot Get a lot of the things mentioned on here so I'm going To stick with olive oil.

Thanks for the info City.

I used the neat tea tree oil - not a lot needed and sort of push the cotton bud into the crack to get it in there. I know it stinks but the good thing is that your feet are far away from your nose most of the time! And the superglue thing - only in cases of dire need would I ever do that again!!!

I think I'm out of tea tree oil at present but I'll remember that, Thanks papalazaru Smile
