do you mean through hypnotism?

Fastasleep · 24/07/2006 22:29

I've sort of had it happen naturally through dreams and things, hard to know they're real though... not sure if my experience would be very helpful...

there are a lot of therapies out there that class themselves as 're-experiencing therapy', these out to help you spark off remembering, if you have gaps you want to know about..

No idea whether is psychotherapy or hypnotism or some other therapy that has brought them up.

Sometimes memories you forget you had or didnt know you had sneak back in, and they can be triggered by anything. Tv programmes, music, something you see in the street. And they are so confusing because they are like bits of a dream, or only having one peice of a huge jigsaw. And you dont know if they are real or if your mind is playing tricks on you. You start to doubt yourself and think you might be going slightly mad. You start to feel suspicious of those around you because you start to suspect that somethings not right. They are terrifying and they make you wonder if you really know yourself at all, or whether you are really someone else and you just dont know it.

Full sympathys to who ever suffers with this.
