Anyone else suffer? Do you just use the cream? I've not got any in and wondering if there are any other remedies.....

Don't bother weeing on your feet, urea creams contain more urea than urine.
Basically the best thing you can do is try and keep your feet at a constant temperature, thermal socks and warm boots would be a good idea. Make it your priority. If your feet get cold, warm them really really slowly. Avoid going from cold to hot - like cold feet getting into a hot bath. Don't put your feet on or near a direct heat source.
You can use a rubifacient on unbroken early chilblains. Just ask at the chemist.

Snowfire ointment stick. You can get it on Amazon for around £4. It is an old remedy but it really does work.

I put sudocrem and socks on mine.

I generally try and keep them warm with wool socks and sheepskin slippers. Unfortunately I have one on a toe on my left foot already. I am going to try setting a timer and go for a walk every half hour whilst working on the computer - my feet go cold if they are still, even if wrapped up.

I do not recommend creams with chilli in them - they end up elsewhere (and do not work either).
