So far i have been doing well. I am starting to get those thoughts though are starting to make me doubt this whole thing.

I knew this would happen, so im not going to let it stop me.
I know what has triggered it also.
Its my meals from today. I really feel i have over done it.
I have been using USN diet fuel ultralean. I didnt realise it was an actual meal replacement.

I want to show what i have had today in the hopes somebody will tell me if i have over done it, or if i am just doubting myself.

9am - breakfast shake

11:30 - diet fuel 300ml

1pm - mash potato, 1 yorkshire, a little sweetcorn, broccoli, cauliflower, 2 slices of pork and some gravy

1:15 - muller vitality yoghurt

5:30 - 2 slices pizza, half a garlic baguette

5:45 - muller vitality

6pm - diet fuel 300ml

Thanks wont with this back problem I feel like I am not improving at all but then if i think about it i do see small signs of progress and that's what is important. So even if it is just a tiny sign of improvement or even staying the same for a bit dont feel bad but see how it will all add up. Try to read or look at lots of inspiring things every day and focus on what you are achieving. Hope your cold goes soon and try to have a good dayx

Best wishes to you.

Aww thank you all so much Grin

I suppose i have picked the best time of year to do it without even realising it!

Yes, even if it is only a small sign of improvement, it is still a good step in the right direction Smile
I like the buddhist positive quotes and things, so i try to look at those every day. They are helpful. Reminds me that this is all in my control!

Thank you matilda Smile
I have found my parents are being supportive. So that is good.
I will keep that in mind too Grin

Olittletown - i like to look at the bad days im having and learn exactly what it was that prevented me from eating. If i pay attention - i can be aware next time it happens, and hopefully be more prepared to deal with it. In a more positive way.

Maybe that would work for you too?

Hope you all have an awesome day!
Ive got two poorly babas, but the morning has been good so far Smile
