Dehydration in a six month old....

My DD has been going off her milk for a week or so and i dont know why.
This is the routine i was in,

5-6am 6-8oz bottle
9am porridge with 2oz milk
10-11 6oz bottle
2-3 - 6oz bottle
5pm veggies
7 - 6-8oz bottle
Bed

but today she had 6 ozs first thing and i changed her nappy, then porridge at 9 and changed her, then nothing till now, and it was only 5 ozs.... she hasnt had any wet nappies since changing her fist thing this morning, so i expected this one to be full, it wasnt and it was really yellow.
I am getting worried now, i am trying her with water with a little bit of juice, she will have a couple of sips but nothing more. She seems happy in herself, playing smiling , no crying as such, but especially in this weather i am sure she should be drinking more, its starting to panic me a bit.
She cut her first tooth at 5mths then her second one about 2wks later, i know this can put them off, but they dont seem to be bothering her now and i think shes out of the habit of drinking.
I try and make her, but how far do you/can you go? i dont want her getting upset as i try and feed her but equally i dont want her dehydrating. Help please????

Try giving her jelly. It's got a lot of water in it, and is what the dr recommended when ds stopped drinking one summer. Use either home made or the proper sugary stuff - don't give her the ssugar-free cr*p.

Some children just don't seem to be bothered about drinking, and it's usp to us to sneak drink into them.

What about trying a spouty beaker? The old-fashioned sort that pours quite easily, rather than a non-drip one.

Herb teas can be quite nice too - in fact that was the first non-milk drink I managed to get my ds to take at all. I think he went for chamomile.

meant to say, of the 5 oz bottle i just gave her, she has only had 3 ozs..... god its so fraustrating.

Jelly sounds like a good idea, i have a cpl i will make up now. Thanks for that
