Has anyone ever tried kinesiology?

I went to see a kinesiologist the other day due to whole bunch of symptoms - she said I am intolerant to various foods and that I must exclude them from my diet. Easier said than done as they're quite major things (like wheat!) and I'm just wondering how accurate her findings are likely to be. I'm a great believer in alternative medicine but must admit I was a little sceptical about the methods she used!

yes, I had kinesiology, and it did look a bit like magic. I was v ill at the time, and when I avoided the foods, I got better over several years (you may develop different reactions over the next year or two.)
there was no shortage of people queueing up to tell me that I was an idiot, being had by a con artist. Last year, I had some skin prick tests, for an unrelated condition though, that confirmed 2 of the allergies that the kinesiologist had diagnosed (tomatoes and wheat). I wasnt tested for the other foods like milk or yeast.
The kinesiologist always told me btw, that his methods werent an exact science, they were an estimate.
my advice is, go to a bookshop and get some self help books on allergies, and compare your symptoms. I knew that the yeast diagnosis was correct when I read the list of symptoms, because they include weird ones that I didnt even realise could be caused by food allergies, such as a strong illusion of being behind a glass wall.
I think one always has to do some research, and the same goes for conventional mediciine, hence the thread Im just about to start in Health!
