Found a lump in my breast :(

I've had trouble for years with my left breast. I was diagnosed with cysts after suffering discharge and lumpy tissue.

Tonight I found a large lump though Sad I'm so worried.
My cousin has just finished chemo for breast cancer and she's only a year older than me, 46. An aunt died of it in her 30s. A few months back I asked my GP if I should be checked and she said no.

I don't feel like going into work tomorrow but know I should. It's not as if I can get in to see anyone?

Dp's at work (nights) and I feel like ringing him but of course that's me being selfish. I just feel so scared.

I need to be up in a few hours but can't sleep.

Sorry for the moan but it's good to get it out.

Thanks it's a cyst, had a little friend with it too Smile

They asked if I'd go in for students to have a fiddle. I said yes and work said they'll rearrange my shift for me. They said it's hard to get people to do it?

Great news - and well done for being a 'guinea pig'. I always try to if asked as my bro was a med student and said how much they appreciated patients being helpful when they were learning!

Changed my name Grin

I'm working night shift tonight but will certainly enjoy my weekend away.
