What is the difference between an osteopath and a chiropractor?Because i need one of them!

erm not sure but don't think there's that much difference really, they both manipulate your bones, but Osteopaths were around 1st I think....

Was asking a chiropractor this very question on Friday night!
Thought one was bones (osteo) and one muscles and soft tissues but he said not so clear cut and both v similar.

An osteopath and a physio did wonders for my very painful back and shoulder.

I think, but may well be wrong, that an osteopath uses massage and exercise/manipulation to get movement back and a chiropractor uses manipulation and unlocking jerky movements IYSWIM. I went to a chirpractor for a totally locked and very painful neck, he felt about, told me that two vertibrae had locked, told me exactly what he was going to do (it was very reassuring) and a big cracking sound later I was mobile again - fantastic. As Moondog says take yer pick!
