Has anyone tried it for IBS? Would you recommend it? How did you do it? ie GP or dietician?

I done it and thought it was brilliant still do mostly now still follow. I can't think of the website of the top of my head will check for you tomorrow you can order a free pack of things to try and a form if you want anything on prescription. I just followed it myself. Gluten free bread is worth paying extra for named brand like warburtons or genius. If anything you want to know I'll try my best to answer x

Thank you Tillyo, that would be great. I googled it and most of the foods to avoid make up my daily diet, so I know there's a few foods that I'm having trouble with.

Onions is one food to avoid and one food I can't avoid as it is the basis of all curries, which we make daily. But if I avoid all other foods on the list, I'm hoping to be ok!

Onions don't seem to affect me so you might be ok. Main ones to avoid are gluten. Check the stuff you cook curry with as some of that might contain gluten and cream which you shouldn't have. I can't eat curry makes me 10 times worst. You might find cutting down on curries and eating plain meat with brown rice will help you loads. It does mean making some big changes to your diet and what your eatin now you might not be able to eat anymore.
The website is juvela.co.uk. Waitrose does some yummy food.
