A question about hayfever?

Have had it sinceI was a child but this year is worse than I ever remember. Last week I woke up thinking I had flu, blocked nose, voice all croaky and hoarse, sore throat.

Back to normal now apart from my nose is always blocked, not just runny, really blocked, and my voice belongs to mariella frostrup, so much so that I am convinced i have throat cancer Shock (oh and mild hyperchondria Grin )

has anyone else had this with hayfever or do I need to see the doc

Maybe you do have a cold. But maybe your nose is just so inflamed that it feels blocked.
Have you tried neoclarityn combined with steriod nose spray?
I have had hayfever forever but as soon as I tried this combo earlier this year, pouf! it went.
Honest, I have not sneezed once.

I had terrible hay fever all my life along with asthma and eczema UNTIL two years ago when I cut dairy out of my diet. Now I have no asthma or eczema and my hay fever is much milder. (just blocked nose, no stinging eyes).

I'd rather sneeze than give up cheese.
But hey, I'm bonkers.

Most people seem to agree with you BP. However I'm loving my new health and lack of symtoms. I still eat goats cheese now and again and I feel ten years younger. I don't understand why people are so reluctant to give up something which may be harming them, but there you go.
