So I'm on the bathroom floor rocking with pain....

I feel like I'm in labour, but I'm not pregnant. Awful pain in lower abdomen and back. I feel nauseous too. Wtf is this? Do I need to go to the doc?

Thanks everyone. Pain not as severe now, scaled down to discomfort.

I think I'll go to doc tomorrow and see if they can pinpoint what was wrong. I think I just need to rest at the moment.

Could be irritable bowels. I get it like this sometimes (when I eat a particular food that is trigger)
