Very shaky on Seretide

I've just been changed from a Qvar preventer inhaler to Seretide.

I can feel a difference in my breathing already, unfortunately I feel crap on it. I feel really shaky for hours afterwards, at least 4.

Does anyone have any experience with this, will it pass or is it just not agreeing with me?

I had similar when I first added Serevent (Serevent is the long acting broncho dilator in Seretide) to my Qvar. It has improved somewhat with time. I would go back and see who ever prescribed it. Having the two meds separately does allow me to reduce the seretide when I am less breathless (or other medical problems outway the use of serevent) and up the preventer separately with exacerbations which you can't do with a combined puffer. It is more costly to the NHS and takes longer to uses all the puffers, but may be worth discussing if the combined version is not working for you.
I hope others have some ideas.

Thank you. I will give it a month I think and see how it improves, hopefully it will.

I just feel really not with it and don't want to do anything! I always suffered shakes really badly with ventolin too. Maybe it's just something I'll get used to.

If it doesn't improve go back to your asthma clinic or GP. I am not medical but I think there are different combinations so I suppose that one might suit you better than another. The shakes are quite disturbing.
