Can germs spread from this?

Help if some dirty laudry that may have had semen on it or other fluids but had been washed of in water (rinsed in machine) came off the washing line and went on the grass could it have contaminated the grass. Been 3 weeks or more and mainly rained here will it have washed anything away is there anything to be worried about want to cut the grass but icked out by it all, please answer -

As for grass, most germs can't survive drying out and the UV in any sun will have killed any that haven't washed away.

Hi it's back again the ocd and it's worse this time mentally though. Im struggling to go to my GP as feel everything at surgery contaminated. Tried sertraline but not helping felt awful brain not working couldn't remember stuff made me worse. Got docs Tuesday don't know how to approach this. Feel I let things get contaminated then fester so now have contaminated areas in home, car, shed, work place, parents house etc. It's crazy I know how do I stop it once and for all. I have a partner we have no relationship as I can't bear anyone to touch me as they are all contaminated. Iwish I could break free from this. Please any advice appreciated.

It must be a very stressful world for you and I feel for you very much. I really think it would be a good idea to see your GP and see if they can refer you for some talking therapies - maybe CBT? If the meds aren't working alone it might help. I think you should tell your GP how much your condition impacts on your ability to do everyday things and have 'normal' (though who knows what normal is!?!) relationships. Maybe if it's too difficult to talk print this thread, gives a bit of distance, if that makes sense. You can do it, it can get better...
