I've always lost weight far too easily, lingered around the lower healthy side of bmi/ sometimes a bit borderline. I've given myself a shock tonight by stepping on the scales for the first time in about two months and I'm a weight I don't think I've been since a teenager. After checking my bmi is 17.9.
I know it's not caused by any underlying health problems as chances are it's my poor diet of a lone parent always running after the kids before myself, a baby that won't sleep during the day unless in the buggy (hence two-three hour walks per day) and moving house.
I don't want to be this skinny. I think it looks awful on me. How can I put weight on healthily without scoffing loads of cholesterol filled stuff (high cholesterol/heart attacks/high bp a family trait)?
